Work with us

Support workers are harder to find than participants. If you do this work well and you live in the north, we would like to hear from you.

The work

Going to people's homes and out into the community across the northern suburbs — helping with daily life, getting to places, joining in with things, and building everyday skills.

Most shifts are two to four hours. Some people want a few shifts a week; some want most of the week. Tell us what suits you.

What you need

  • an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • the NDIS Worker Orientation Module (free, online, about 90 minutes)
  • the right to work in Australia
  • a driver licence and a reliable, insured car
  • a Working with Children Check, where the work involves someone under 18

If you are missing one of these, tell us anyway — some of them we can help you sort out.

What we offer

Standard weekday hours, with after-hours and weekend shifts available for people who want them. Pay rate and shift pattern are discussed when we meet, and set out in writing before you start.

Work close to home, in the suburbs you already live in. A small team, so you are a person here rather than a roster line. And you will not be sent to a shift with no information about the person you are visiting.

Persian and Arabic speakers

We particularly want to hear from Persian and Arabic speakers. It is the reason a lot of families ring us, and it is how this team gets built.
