Application lodged for NDIS provider registration. Not yet registered. We take self-managed and plan-managed participants only.

Coverage
Mernda, Doreen, South Morang, Epping, Epping North, Wollert, Whittlesea, Yan Yean, Bundoora, Mill Park, Lalor, Thomastown, Craigieburn, Reservoir, Eltham, Greensborough, Diamond Creek, Montmorency, Research, Hurstbridge.
Travel limit: roughly 30 minutes from Mernda or Eltham. Outside that we will say no rather than take a referral we cannot service reliably.

This line is kept current on purpose. A provider who says "always taking referrals" is telling you nothing.
Response time
We come back on a referral within one business day, and we say yes or no rather than leaving it open.
Languages
English, Persian and Arabic — spoken by the director and by workers we recruit for it, not through an interpreter line.
