Yan Yean Support Services is run by Samaneh Malekshahi. She is based in Eltham and works across Melbourne's northern suburbs.

The company is small on purpose. You get the same few workers rather than a different face every week, and when you ring, you speak to someone who knows your name and your situation.

Languages

We speak English, Persian and Arabic. Not through an interpreter line — the person who turns up at your door speaks your language.

How we work

Tell us what a good week looks like for you, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help with it. If we cannot, we will say so and point you to someone who can.

If something is not working, you tell us and it changes. You can stop at any time.
